The role ensures that products and solutions are safe, robust, reliable, and fully industrializable, from early design phases through production ramp-up. By leveraging Design for Safety Reliability (DfSR) practices and Industrialization Quality fundamentals (APQP), the position aims to anticipate and mitigate design, industrial, and supply chain risks, ensuring the achievement of quality, reliability, robustness, and capability targets. /p pb Main Responsibilities /b /p pb Cross-Functional Leadership /b /pulli Act as a quality reference for industrialization, safety, reliability, and robustness. /lili Influence and mobilize cross-functional, multicultural teams. /lili Support continuous improvement of quality methods, standards, and practices. /li /ul pb Industrialization Quality Supply Chain (APQP) /b /pulli Identify and manage industrialization risks impacting product quality across the supply chain. /lili Deploy APQP fundamentals within development projects. /lili Own and manage the component risk dashboard. /lili Lead PPAP activities with suppliers up to full component qualifications. /lili Perform supplier and process audits (VDA 6.3). /lili Lead PFMEA, define and implement Product/Process Control Plans. /lili Secure product and process capability, pilot runs, and process qualification. /lili Lead quality issue resolution during development and industrialization phases. /lili Ensure quality data and requirements transfer to manufacturing plants. /li /ul pb Appreciated complementary experience /b /p pb Design for Safety Reliability (DfSR) /b /pulli Basic knowledge of DfSR process and Quality Fundamentals associated. /lili Understand the collecting of critical elements of the offer (CTQs). /lili Enable to participate in safety, robustness, and reliability risk assessments (DFMEA, risk analysis). /lili Potential to develop DfSR skills. /li /ul p You can apply even if you do not have all the technical skills mentioned in the job offer. /p pb Qualifications /b /p pb Education /b : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial. /p pb Experience /b /p ulli Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality (DfSR / industrialization quality / manufacturing quality). /lili Experience with APQP methodologies, and DfSR or DFSS (Design for Six Sigma). /lili Experience working in an agile product development environment. /li /ul pb Technical Skills /b /pulli FMEA, p-diagram-based risk analysis. /lili Control plans. /lili Statistical and reliability tools (Minitab, Reliasoft, JASP). /lili PPAP, capability studies, Gage RR. /lili Process audits (VDA 6.3 preferred). /lili Problem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, 5 Whys, 8D). /lili Knowledge of industrial processes such as assembly, molding, stamping, or machining. /lili Basic metrology and standards knowledge (ISO 8015 is a plus). /li /ul pb Certifications (preferred) /b /pulli Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), ISO9001. /li /ul pb Soft Skills /b /pulli Strong leadership and influencing skills. /lili Coaching and training capability. /lili Customer-oriented and analytical mindset. /lili Ability to manage change and work in multicultural environments. /li /ul pb Languages Mobility /b /pulli Professional proficiency in English. /lili Spanish language would be appreciated. /lili Availability for travel depending on project scope (approximately 25% of the time, cyclically depending on the projects’ phases, to visit the factories that host the new productions in the launch phase (Germany, Spain, France…) /lili Driving license. /lili Location : Schneider Electric Spain, Puente La Reina. /li /ul
