About the Role
We are looking for senior designers (across categories) who will take ownership of key product categories within the kidswear collections, including Denim, Knitwear, Activewear, and Outerwear & Sweaters for Women, Men, or Teens. This role combines strong creative sensibility with a deep understanding of commercial fashion and market trends. The designer will translate trends and concepts into compelling, wearable collections that resonate with customers while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Trend research, analysis of competitor landscape and customer behavior
* Develop seasonal design directions aligned with brand strategy (moodboards, color palettes, key fits, fabrics, trims)
* Sourcing for fabric, trim and product samples worldwide — trade shows, fabric fairs, supplier visits, shopping trips
* Design prints, graphics and surface patterns for seasonal collections
* Create detailed tech packs (detailed sketches, artworks, hang tags)
* Upload all information into PLM system
* Fit and review samples, provide accurate correction comments
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with buying, production and suppliers
* Present design concepts to management
* Mentor and guide junior design team members
Profile Requirements
* Degree in Fashion Design
* 3–8 years experience in mass market, fast fashion or high street brand
* Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
* Commercial mindset — ability to design for volume and price point
* Confident user (advanced level) of AI tools, Illustrator, Photoshop, CoralDraw
* 3D design skills
* Strong garment construction knowledge
* Print and pattern design ability
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally regularly
