What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a Technical Service Technician to join our Technical Service Team.
The individual will be responsible for performing repairs, calibrations, and technical checks on INDIBA devices, providing support both remotely and on-site when necessary, and contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our technical service operations.
What will be your responsibilities?
* Perform repairs of the company’s products in the repair workshop.
* Occasionally travel to the customer’s location to resolve issues or support product installations, both nationally and internationally.
* Provide telephone support for technical inquiries from both external and internal customers.
* Perform calibrations and functional tests on repaired equipment to ensure proper operation.
* Conduct electronic safety tests in accordance with standards EN 60601-1 for electromedical equipment and EN 60335-1 for household appliances.
* Issue certificates of functional conformity and electrical safety.
* Support or deliver technical training courses to external technical service teams (distributors or independent), both nationally and internationally.
* Request the necessary spare parts to carry out repairs.
* Submit regular reports to their supervisor on recurring and/or unusual issues to facilitate resolution.
What do you need to be a successful candidate?
* Vocational training in electronics.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role for laser medical devices.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role for electronic devices.
* Availability to travel to customer locations (distributors or end customers), both nationally and internationally.
