Lead Iberia’s brand communications strategy and campaigns to drive brand advocacy, momentum, and market share in alignment with Europe and Global brand direction. You will shape integrated campaigns across PR, publishing, and partnerships, ensuring local relevance and strong cross-functional execution. You’ll manage a high-impact team and partner network to deliver culturally resonant storytelling and a cohesive consumer experience. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

• Lead Iberia’s brand communications, PR, talents and publishing strategy aligned with Europe and Global priorities.
• Shape and execute integrated brand campaigns across all consumer touchpoints and channels.
• Manage category communications, agency briefings, and publishing plans for best-in-class execution.
• Develop sell-in tools and cross-category activation plans for product launches and GTM priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, and KPIs to optimize results.
• Build and manage ecosystem of partners, creators, influencers, and key voices for local storytelling.
• Lead Corporate PR, CSR and Protect the Brand topics at Zone/Country level.
• Oversee annual and seasonal integrated marketing calendar with cross-team collaboration.
• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Communications team; foster high-performance culture.
• Act as senior cross-functional leader across Iberia and Europe, driving brand integration in the business agenda.
