This role is pivotal in shaping the digital business strategy, enhancing the Martech ecosystem, and ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.Main responsibilities:- Budget and follow-up digital profitability. Manage 5 million Euros digital budget and follow App direct business generation strategy, implementation, and profitability (Offers + loyalty) +30Million euros/monthly.- Strategic Digital Product Leadership: Define and evolve the digital product portfolio to support business objectives, user acquisition, and engagement across owned digital channels.- Business-Driven Product Development: Recommend and prioritize product development initiatives (new builds and optimizations) based on market trends, competitive benchmarks, user insights, and internal business needs.- User-Centric Innovation: Identify and validate user needs through research, platform analytics, feedback loops, and experimentation, ensuring products deliver real value and relevance.- Product Specification & Roadmapping: Translate business goals and user expectations into clear product specifications, balancing technical feasibility, legal compliance, and strategic synergies.- Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead digital product initiatives in close collaboration with developers, designers, data analysts, and business stakeholders.
