Preparing and entering purchase orders into the ERP system
Finding the best balance between price, quality, and delivery time
Daily communication with suppliers (orders, changes, issues)
Monitoring supplier performance (accuracy, quality, delivery times)
Handling claims and complaints
Negotiating cooperation agreements and pricing
Ensuring Production Supply
Cooperating with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability
Monitoring the availability of critical components
Maintaining optimal inventory levels
Inventory and Data monitoring
Analyzing warehouse stock and purchasing levels
Monitoring and adjusting min-max inventory levels
Tracking material movements and supply chains in the ERP system
Identifying obsolete or excess inventory
Cost Management and Analysis
Monitoring price trends and optimizing costs
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and initiatives
Monitoring purchasing budgets and reporting
Comparing budgeted versus actual costs
Documentation and Reporting
Managing purchasing documents and contracts
Ensuring accurate data entry in the ERP system
Supply Chain problem solving
Resolving delivery delays with suppliers
Making quick decisions to find alternative materials
Solving critical situations in cooperation with production and management
Cooperation with other departments
Production planning (material requirements)
Warehouse (inventory and incoming xhfqzwm goods management)
Finance (invoice verification and payment terms)
Quality (resolving non-conformities)
Requirements
Preferably education in logistics, business, or economics (students close to graduation are also welcome)
Analytical thinking and ability to compare quotations
Very good Spanish and English language skills (Estonian is a plus)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Accuracy and good time management skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
