Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving national sales of our specialty product line, leveraging technical and commercial expertise to acquire and retain clients. In addition, they will provide regional support for truck & bus and agricultural product lines, work closely with Marketing & Market Intelligence teams and the Quality Manager, and report directly to the Iberia Regional Director.

- Plan, execute, and oversee the commercial strategy, with quarterly and annual goals.
- Analyse KPIs and adjust tactics to maximise sales volume and profitabil
