**Task and responsibilities**:
Ø Acting as the first point of contact between managers and internal/external clients via phone calls and other methods of communication
Ø Managing and organizing diaries, and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
Ø Taking meeting minutes
Ø Transcribing from dictation
Ø Making transport, business accommodation, and travel arrangements
Ø Organizing events and conferences
Ø Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs
Ø Maintaining databases and filing systems
Ø Collating and filing the manager’s business expenses and travel expenses.
Ø Conducting research on behalf of the manager
Ø Responsibilities
**Required skills and qualifications.**
Ø 5 or more years of experience in the same field.
Ø Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ø Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ø The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
Ø Flexibility and adaptability
Ø Tact and diplomacy
Ø A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
Ø English and Spanish C1, Russian is a big plus.
