We are South Europe Technologies (SE.T), the IT, Data and Operations Shared Service Center of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, with delivery centers in Spain and Portugal. We provide end-to-end solutions for BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group entities worldwide.
We are looking for an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst for the Mobility squad of our client, PF Central, in a Time & Material service.
Mission
As Project Manager you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing and supporting the Datamart that serves the Mobility Business for reporting purposes. You will monitor data flows, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to production support and maintenance of the Mobility DataMart and incident/anomaly analysis.
- Conduct and lead meetings with international stakeholders to monitor data quality, consistency and accuracy.
- Elaborate action plans and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Work closely with business interlocutors to understand and prioritize actions and evolutions of the Mobility DataMart.
- Design efficient data pipelines, model data, and automate ingestion to handle large volumes of complex business rules.
- Coordinate technical integration of new data from multiple sources and formats into the Mobility DataMart.
- Design new use‑cases in collaboration with PF Business partners using the new data model.
- Write technical documentation (specifications, operational documents) to ensure knowledge capitalisation.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of big‑data / DataHub solutions, cloud environments, file transfer protocols, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of structured databases (SQL), Microsoft 365 suite, and data quality principles.
- Experience with Dremio, Dataiku, JIRA/KANBAN is a plus.
- Ability to solve complex analytical problems in ambiguous contexts.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European language is a plus.
- Knowledge of banking industry and processes is desirable.
- Proactive, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and feedback orientation.
