Responsibilities
Design and implement solutions based on data & analytics in Investment Management.
Enable the business to draw actionable insights out of complex data sets.
Translate reporting requirements into business intelligence solutions.
Work alongside experts in various technological domains.

Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity.
Key Relationships
Stakeholders on local, regional, and group levels.
Investment back‐office and middle‐office teams.
Market and Master Data teams.
IT teams.
Requirements
Education and Personal Skills
Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology or quantitative fields such as Statistics and Math with a good academic record.
Data Science studies are a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Technical Skills
Experience with data engineering and analysis.
Experience with Power BI visualization tool is a must.
Strong coding skills (preferably SQL, Python or Spark).
Proven analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Databricks knowledge is a plus.
Machine Learning is a plus.
Personal Skills
Ability to work with multi‐cultural project teams and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking and intellectual curiosity.
Additional Helpful Knowledge
Knowledge of data analytics including data transformation, modelling, and visualization.
Business Analyst skills (e.g., requirement engineering, design thinking).
Understanding of insurance industry, financial products, financial markets, and the main accounting principles.
