Your Mission & Impact
As an Industrial Installations & Logistics Automation Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising industrial installations and logistics automation projects, ensuring proper technical and operational integration from the design phase through to final commissioning. Your work will directly contribute to the successful deployment of automated warehouses and logistics infrastructures for leading clients.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have background
* Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Organization Engineering or similar.
* 5+ years of experience in industrial, logistics or installations projects .
* Proven experience in project and supplier coordination .
* Solid knowledge of logistics automation and industrial warehouses .
* Experience with: AutoCAD
* Revit (basic level)
* Presto
* Advanced Excel
* Knowledge of industrial regulations, H&S (PRL) and permitting.
* Availability to travel occasionally within Spain (approx. 1 trip per week).
* Advanced Spanish and at least intermediate English (written and spoken).
* Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
* Experience in automated logistics environments, intralogistics or distribution centers .
* Previous exposure to facility / infrastructure projects and cross-functional work with operations and engineering .
* Experience reviewing and optimizing logistics layouts .
What You’ll Do
You will manage the full lifecycle of industrial and logistics automation projects, from design to go-live:
Design & Planning Phase
* Participate in the technical definition of new warehouses and the adaptation of existing facilities .
* Coordinate projects together with architecture, engineering, operations and automation teams .
* Review layouts, drawings and technical solutions to ensure feasibility and efficiency.
* Oversee the integration of automated systems and logistics flows .
* Ensure compliance with industrial, urban planning and safety regulations .
* Contribute to the preparation of internal procedures and technical documentation .
Execution Phase
* Coordinate suppliers, contractors and external teams involved in the project.
* Monitor site progress, quality, planning and costs, taking corrective actions when needed.
* Manage licenses, permits and H&S (PRL) documentation .
* Perform technical follow-up of installations and automation systems .
* Ensure full compliance with the defined technical design throughout execution.
Commissioning & Closing
* Supervise testing and commissioning of automated installations.
* Ensure proper legalization and final documentation of the projects.
* Coordinate the technical and operational handover of the facilities to the client/operations teams.
