BD never provides funding to influence the purchase, lease, recommendation, or prescription of BD products or solutions..**About the role**:The Legal Intern will support the Ethics & Compliance Coordinator Iberia and the Sr. Counsel Ethics & Compliance and Privacy EMEA on the grants processes with the review, management and processing of the external funding requestsThe Legal Intern will also provide support to improve the compliance program in order to meet the requirements imposed by specific laws in Spain ("programa de prevención de riesgos penales"), and any other support to the Ethics & Compliance team as the needs may be.**About you**:- University degree- Understanding of efficient business processes- Knowledge on the Spanish compliance requirements ("programa de prevención de riesgos penales") is preferable.- Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written)- Strong analytical skills and attention to detailBecton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
