We’re seeking a Project Development Manager to join a rapidly growing solar PV IPP in Madrid. You’ll play a crucial role in advancing solar PV projects, working alongside a talented, interdisciplinary team to bring projects to RTB status.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the origination and acquisition of land for utility‑scale solar projects.
* Ensure projects meet all technical, regulatory, and financial requirements.
* Build and nurture relationships with authorities and stakeholders.
* Oversee project delivery in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
* Support leadership with decision templates and investment reports.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be fluent in Spanish and English, with a proven track record in renewable energy.
* Bring 3–5 years of experience in large‑scale project development.
* Hold a degree in engineering, economics, or a similar field (MSc preferred).
* Excel at negotiation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement.
