Your Mission
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Brand Manager to join our team. The role supports the development and execution of general marketing initiatives across key areas of the business, working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver campaigns and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign and market data to generate actionable insights that support marketing strategies
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels, including digital initiatives and content updates
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating data into clear business recommendations
- Create and coordinate marketing materials (online and offline), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Manage and monitor marketing projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate or FMCG/pharmaceutical environment
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including campaign execution, digital channels, and basic data analysis
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a hands‑on mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and with external partners
- A business‑oriented approach, with attention to detail and ability to translate insights into effective marketing actions
