We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. Your mission is to understand each prospect's unique needs, provide personalised solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to activation.
Effectively close sales to convert qualified inbound leads into active customers.
Communicate with leads and customers through chat, email, and phone, delivering a professional and responsive service experience.
Sales, Customer Success, Product) to ensure alignment and deliver value-driven solutions.
Track and manage leads and sales activities in CRM tools, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Achieve or exceed sales and onboarding KPIs, consistently contributing to the team's success.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English
Familiarity with the Spanish SME market and its business landscape will be considered a strong plus.
Proficiency in conducting consultative sales conversations, including the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales/enablement tools is a plus.
