The Role
As a Sustainability Program Manager, you will support sustainability data collection, verification, and business integration. You will develop a structured plan for data collection and verification for external reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of sustainability information. You will facilitate third‑party verification processes, maintain reporting assets, and keep communications updated with the latest figures. In addition, you will support external disclosures, maintain the knowledge repository, update internal sustainability platforms, and assist with related projects.
In This Role, You Will:
- Possess strong project management skills.
- Establish a retro‑planning schedule for data collection, collect and organize ESG data, and manage the substantiation process.
- Manage third‑party external verification.
- Provide necessary data and maintain the integrity of the TPC report ecosystem, updating all communication assets with yearly figures.
- Ensure reported KPIs comply with regulations.
- Support delivery of updated data and substantiation to multiple stakeholders across departments.
- Collaborate with experts to keep the ESG knowledge platform updated.
- Participate in sustainability projects and support the team with presentations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: University degree, master or equivalent.
- Specialization in CSR, ESG or corporate communication is a plus.
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience with strong project management and facilitation/engagement skills.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders, including agencies.
- Experience in business and corporate communication.

- Full command of written and oral English; experience in a second language such as French is desirable; additional languages are an asset.
