AI Engineer

You'll experiment continuously, deploying data-driven methods to measure productivity gains and evolve the platform over time. Collaboration will be key as you work with engineering leads, DevOps, and security teams across regions to ensure seamless adoption of AI capabilities. You'll also lead workshops, onboard teams, and champion the cultural adoption of AI-driven development practices.
What We're Looking For
Proven engineering skills; 5+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or developer productivity roles
AI expertise; Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, agent orchestration, or AI-powered code generation systems
Technical toolkit; Proficiency in languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust, plus exposure to CI/CD pipelines, monorepos, and infrastructure-as-code
Strategic mindset; Ability to balance technical execution with a clear vision for how AI transforms software delivery
