At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for an e-Commerce Sales Operation Assistant with fluent Chinese and English to join a leading multinational telecommunications company in Las Tablas, Madrid. Main Responsibilities Sales Operations & Data Analysis — Compile, analyze, and report sales performance data for the EU online business team. Performance Monitoring — Track online customer behavior and market trends to support data‐driven decisions. GTM & Campaign Execution — Support major campaigns (Black Friday, Summer Sales) and new product launches through cross‐functional collaboration. Requirements Advanced Excel skills; experience with data modeling and forecasting preferred. Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Fluency in English and Chinese (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Solid understanding of the e‐commerce landscape and digital tools. What We Offer Permanent contract with Eurofirms. 100% on‐site work in Centro Empresarial Castellana Norte, Calle de Isabel Colbrand, 28050 Madrid. Schedule: Mon–Thu 9:30–18:30, Fri 9:30–16:00.
