**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**The FO Technician is going to**:
- Perform equipment servicing following the quality standards outlined in equipment manuals.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled repairs in line with manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and prioritize system faults to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work is accurately recorded and maintain detailed service logs.
- Adhere to Health & Safety legislation, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Uphold the quality of output, ensuring all serviced and repaired equipment meets the required standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally, maintaining positive customer relations.
**Who are we looking for?**
- 1 to 3 years of field service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment, such as stacker cranes and conveyors.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, frequency converters, positioning systems, etc.
- Experience in adjusting moving parts, guides, brakes, drive shafts, etc.
- Strong mechatronic education is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel, flexibility to work on shifts (night/weekend), and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Phone availability for on-call duties.

- Experience in continuous improvement processes.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
