We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our growing agency team. This role is adecuado for someone with hands-on experience across social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns, who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple client accounts.
Experience working with luxury or travel brands is highly valued, especially within hospitality, premium experiences, or luxury tourism sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across:
o Social Media (organic and paid)
o Email Marketing / CRM
o Paid Media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, launch, optimize, and report on paid campaigns to achieve client KPIs including lead generation, conversions, engagement, and ROAS
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including:
o Audience segmentation
o Automation flows
o Newsletter creation
o Performance analysis
- Create and coordinate social media content calendars in collaboration with creative and strategy teams
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare client-facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with account managers, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing and CRM
- Support new business pitches and strategic recommendations when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of:
o Meta Ads Manager
o Google Ads
o Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
o Social media management tools
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage xqysrnh multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working with luxury, hospitality, or travel brands
- Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium brand positioning
- Knowledge of CRM automation and customer lifecycle strategies
- Experience with influencer collaborations and content partnerships
