MISSION
The Career Planning & Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational execution of Almirall's global performance evaluation, talent review, and succession planning processes. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all related systems and workflows, enabling the organization to identify, develop, and retain key talent to meet its strategic goals.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end operational management of the Global Performance Evaluation system (GPS) and Continuous Development Process (My Development).
* Coordinate and execute the Talent Review and Succession Planning processes globally, ensuring timely delivery, data accuracy, and stakeholder engagement.
* Maintain and optimize tools, templates, and systems supporting performance and talent processes, including HRIS platforms.
* Collaborate with PCBPs and business leaders to ensure alignment and consistency in execution across geographies.
* Support the implementation of talent-related policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
* Monitor process effectiveness and propose improvements based on feedback, data, and best practices.
* Provide training and support to P&C teams and managers on performance and talent processes.
* Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights to inform decision-making and track progress.
Required Education And Experience
* University Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Master's Degree in HR or Organizational Development is a plus.
* 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on performance management and talent processes.
* Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
* Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* High level of English PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
