In addition, they will provide regional support for truck bus and agricultural product lines, work closely with Marketing Market Intelligence teams and the Quality Manager, and report directly to the Iberia Regional Director. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /ppem Sales Target Achievement /em /pulli Plan, execute, and oversee the commercial strategy, with quarterly and annual goals. /lili Analyse KPIs and adjust tactics to maximise sales volume and profitability. /li /ul pem Customer Portfolio Development /em /pulli Identify and prospect new distributors and transport fleets nationwide. /lili Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers; present new solutions and promotions. /li /ul pem Regional Support for Commercial Products /em /pulli Provide technical advice to truck bus and agricultural clients on tyre selection and use. /lili Offer training and field support to distributors and end-users in various regions. /li /ul pem Collaboration with Marketing Market Intelligence /em /pulli Participate in the development of campaigns, trade shows, and product demonstrations. /lili Contribute field information to market trend analysis and competitor monitoring. /li /ul pem Quality Management Support /em /pulli Investigate and validate product claims, coordinating on-site inspections as needed. /lili Work with the Quality Manager to implement corrective and preventive actions. /li /ul pem End-User Loyalty /em /pulli Implement retention programs, preventive maintenance initiatives, and warranty policies. /lili Gather technical and commercial feedback to support continuous product and service improvement. /li /ul pem Reporting and Internal Coordination /em /pulli Report directly to the Iberia Regional Director. /lili Coordinate actions with Sales, After-Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams. /li /ul pb Requirements: /b /pulli Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. /lili At least 5 years in industrial or commercial tyre sales, preferably specialty.
