Coordinate General Director´s agenda.
- Support in administrative tasks of the General Manager.
- Assume the functions delegated by the General Manager.
- Manage reservations and requests for differents social events and meetings with the hotel team.
- Receive visits, reserve rooms, coordinate and give assistancein the meetings.
- Manange mail, burofaxes, communications. Prepare daily reports of different types of proyects.
- Link between operations and non-operational departments. Promote and maintain an adequate climate of collaboration, work and internal satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with the usual procedure and operational standards in an efficient and effective manner by the hotel staff
- Promote public relations and corporate image Currently studying Tourism degree, master in hotel management. Previous experience in operational department will be highly valuable.
Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
