Overview : We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our global implementation team for the final phase of a major rollout. This 17-week, fully remote contract offers experienced EC specialists the chance to troubleshoot, optimize, and document best-practice processes in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Post-Go-Live Support: Provide functional and technical support during the final phase of the SuccessFactors EC rollout.
* Issue Resolution: Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues, system gaps, and configuration errors.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
* Knowledge Transfer & Documentation: Create clear user guides, configuration documentation, and “how-to” materials for administrators and end users.
* Autonomous Delivery: Operate independently in a fully remote setup, proactively managing tasks and driving project momentum.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) consulting.
* Implementations: At least one complete full-lifecycle SuccessFactors EC implementation (design, build, test, deploy).
* Technical Proficiency: Configuration of Foundation Objects, Job Structure, Position Management, Workflows, and Business Rules.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system behavior and recommend scalable solutions.
* Remote Collaboration: Proven ability to deliver results autonomously in a 100% remote environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Teams / Zoom.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement.
Contract Details
* Duration: 17 Weeks
* Workload: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
