This role is for somebody who knows SAP Ariba properly, not just clicking around tickets, but understanding how procurement processes work end-to-end and how to make them better.
You’ll work with international teams, own complex issues, improve the platform, help shape enhancements, support releases, and make sure users stop repeating the same mistakes every month.
What You’ll Actually Do
* Solve complex SAP Ariba issues that others can’t
* Work directly with business users and technical teams
* Improve processes instead of endlessly firefighting
* Manage enhancements, testing, releases, and fixes
* Create practical user guidance and training
* Spot recurring problems and eliminate the root cause
* Help teams use the system properly without overcomplicating it
What They’re Looking For
* Strong SAP Ariba experience
* Good understanding of procurement / P2P processes
* Someone who can translate business problems into actual solutions
* Experience working in large or international environments
* Confidence dealing with stakeholders and users directly
* Organised, hands-on, and not afraid to take ownership
