You’ll be the go-to legal reference at Stayforlong, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and supporting cross-functional teams — particularly Customer Experience, Finance, Supply and Product teams and People — in resolving legal claims, managing contracts, updating internal policies, and navigating international expansion. Ensure compliance with consumer laws, GDPR, tax regulations, and other applicable frameworks.
Draft and maintain internal policies, privacy terms, and legal documentation.
Handle escalated customer and partner disputes, liaising with external counsel when needed.
Assist Finance in structuring for tax efficiency and regulatory compliance .
Evaluate legal requirements for entering new markets.
Keep our website’s legal content up-to-date.
Foster a company-wide compliance culture through training and practical guidance.
Proven experience (2+ years) in handling legal matters, compliance, and contract management, preferably in the tech or hospitality industry .
Solid knowledge of GDPR, privacy, intellectual property, tax law, and compliance.
Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and managing complex agreements.
Experience coordinating with external legal counsel and cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
A law degree or equivalent legal education is a plus, but not mandatory if backed by relevant experience.
