Job Summary:
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our customer service team. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality support experience across all communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem‑solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone in both German and English.
* Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and ensuring follow‑up.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM tools.
* Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
* Help maintain and update customer support documentation and FAQs in both languages.
* Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve the overall customer experience.
* Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
* Fluent in German C2 or native‑level and English (written and spoken).
* Previous experience in customer support, call center, or help desk roles.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
* Tech‑savvy with proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in e‑commerce, SaaS, or technology‑based companies is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems and support software.
* Ability to handle technical queries or escalations appropriately.
* Familiarity with KPIs and service‑level targets.
