Position Overview
The Western European Sales Manager will drive regional sales growth, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen market presence. This role requires strong industry knowledge, proven sales success, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, DSOs, lab groups, and clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
* Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic account management and business development.
* Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand regional presence.
* Work with internal teams to build solutions tailored to DSOs and lab groups.
* Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to uncover growth potential.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Market Analysis & Strategy
* Assess market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
* Provide insights to product and marketing teams to align offerings with regional needs.
Relationship Management
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across clinics and laboratories.
* Serve as the main point of contact for regional partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Collaboration
* Partner with headquarters, marketing, and product teams on regional campaigns and launches.
* Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
What Were Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; dental/medical background beneficial.
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in dental or medical sectors.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Western European dental market and distribution channels.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Fluency in English and at least one Western European language.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
