Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Officer for a 60m yacht.
We are seeking a seasoned and well experienced Chief Officer to join a great team on board a busy private/charter vessel.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Chief Officer 3000 / Master 3000
- All certificates up to date
- Minimum 3 years as chief officer on 50m+ vessels
- Charter experience essential
- Proficiency as medical person on board, SSO and all other required certificates
- Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, navigation and watchkeeping
- Excellent tender driver with chase boats
- Strong knowledge of deck maintenance and repairs to assist and oversee the Bosun and Deck Department
- Comfortable with daily, weekly, and monthly checks
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- Start date: 27/28 October
- Location: Spain
- Salary: EUR 7000+ DOE
- Leave: 2:2
