Moon Derma is a growing cosmetic brand specializing in premium hair care solutions. The brand seeks to expand its presence across India through distribution partnerships and bulk order opportunities.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing distribution partnerships. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, presenting product offerings, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the internal team to fulfill client requirements. Some tasks may be performed remotely, but periodic in-person meetings and visits to required areas will also be necessary.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of the cosmetics or hair care industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with the ability to attend on-site meetings as required. xhfqzwm
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
