Introduction:
zentra is the fastest growing international network of estate agents and properties. Our proprietary real estate tech platform gives every agency its own branded app. It helps capture leads instantly, keep buyers engaged with property alerts, and offer access to a general property network.
As a Sales Representative at zentra you will be responsible for growing our network of estate agency clients across the region, driving new business, and building zentra's presence in the Spanish property market. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a central role in executing our sales strategy and representing zentra to agency owners, developers, and industry partners.
What we're hiring you to do
- Drive Sales: Partner with the Head of Sales to develop and execute zentra's regional sales strategy — identifying new agency clients and closing deals
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with estate agency owners, principals, and key decision-makers across your region. Communicate consistently, professionally, and with purpose
- Execute Sales Plans: Develop and deliver against clear revenue and growth targets, with a structured approach to pipeline management
- Forecasting & Performance: Own accurate sales forecasts for your region and report regularly on performance, opportunities, and risks
- Client Management: Stay on top of client-specific needs, pricing, and strategic plans. Maintain a regular cadence of communication with your clients — covering platform updates, campaign performance, and growth opportunities
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management and Technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through to onboarding and beyond. Share best practices and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
- Event Participation: Represent zentra at regional property exhibitions, industry events, and trade shows — as well as internal team sessions and training
What we think you need
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management, ideally within real estate, proptech, or a related industry
- Based within commuting distance of Fuengirola
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing business clients — estate agencies, developers, or similar
- A solid understanding of the Spanish property market; knowledge of the wider international market is a plus
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and in presentations — with close attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events
- Motivated, proactive, and positive — we love what we do, but not every day is a walk in the park

Compensation
- Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission. Our good faith base salary for this role depends on experience, background, and location.
