As a Group Employment & Labour Relations (ER/LR) Professional, you will support and drive a wide range of employment and HR compliance matters across 19 jurisdictions in Europe and Latin America.This role combines operational, analytical, and advisory responsibilities, providing exposure to employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with Group HR functions and Country HR teams, contributing to day‑to‑day advisory work and supporting HR strategic projects and initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployment Contracts and related agreements- Draft, review, and track employment contracts and related agreements across all jurisdictions.- Analyze key contractual clauses (e.G. termination, restrictive covenants), ensuring compliance with local legislation and assessing legal and business risks (cost, enforceability, deterrence).- Contribute to the harmonization of employment documentation across all jurisdictions.- Contribute to the automation of employment documentation processes.Employee & Labour Relations Support- Support and coordinate employee relations cases (e.G. speak‑up cases, termination cases, etc.).- Provide employment law guidance to HR stakeholders.- Promote consistency and internal equity in ER/LR practices across countries.Policies, Compliance & Employee & Labour Relations Projects- Support the drafting, updating, and implementation of Group HR policies.- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives across all our jurisdictions.- Participate in global ER/LR projects, including:- Research and analysis of local employment laws and labour practices.- Development of frameworks, guidelines, and tools to standardize decision‑making and reporting across countries.Data, Reporting & HRIS- Maintain and enhance ER/LR dashboards and tracking tools.- Analyze ER/LR data (disciplinary actions, terminations, etc.) to identify trends.- Partner with HRIS (Workday) teams to improve reporting, data quality, and process automation.Legal Watch & Benchmarking- Monitor key employment law topics across relevant jurisdictions, providing updates and insights as needed.- Conduct benchmarking on ER/LR practices and market trends.- Translate legal and market insights into practical recommendations for the business.Profile & Qualifications- Law degree (degree in Business or master’s in law, is a plus).- 3–4 years of experience in employment and labour law, ideally within a law firm.- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken);
