In addition, you will provide the necessary technical support for the products currently on the market.Responsibilities:- Lead or participate in project teams focused on developing new products or improving existing ones.- Design development plans for research projects, defining objectives, methodologies, and timelines.- Plan, supervise, and execute internal experimental work, ensuring the correct application of protocols, the proper use of resources, and the quality of the results obtained.- Plan, execute and monitor studies in collaboration with external centres, ensuring technical and operational consistency.- Apply statistical and bioinformatic tools for the analysis of experimental data, interpretation of results and evidence-based decision-making.- Ensure the delivery of projects on time, on budget and with the required quality.- Scientifically evaluate new ideas and research proposals.- Manage technical knowledge with internal and external experts.- Communicate R&D project results to the business units involved.- Provide scientific and technical training, both internally and externally.- Review technical documentation and resolve scientific queries from the team or other areas.- Participate in relevant scientific conferences, seminars and events.About You:- Minimum 2 years' experience in R&D.- Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology or Pharmacy, or demonstrable equivalent experience.- Fluent English.- Postgraduate degree in project management desirable.What’s Next:If this sounds like a role that you would be interested in, then we would love to hear from you.
