Farm Frites is continuously working to expand its integral position in the food service market.About the RoleTo help realise our growth ambitions in Iberia, we are looking for a commercially driven and proactive Sales Assistant.ResponsibilitiesProactively contacting customers to drive reorders, upselling and cross-selling
Reactivating inactive or low-frequency customers
Managing and tracking sales opportunities in Salesforce
Supporting order processes in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance
Monitoring customer performance and identifying growth opportunities
Executing telesales campaigns and promotional activities
Collecting and sharing market and customer feedbackQualificationsFluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
Experience in telesales, inside sales or commercial support is preferredRequired SkillsStrong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills (phone-based)
Structured and well-organised, able to manage multiple priorities
