Core Responsibilities

* Serialization Operations Management: From identifying new regulatory and customer requirements worldwide to designing and leading the implementation of serialization solutions, this role covers all aspects. It includes day-to-day coordination and direct management of levels 4 and 5 serialization processes.
* Master Data & Data Governance: Focuses on the governance of product-related master data, ensuring its global accuracy, consistency, and compliance across key systems and processes. This involves maintaining centralized master data in SAP, supporting data maintenance in other systems, and ensuring adherence to global standards such as GS-1.
* Continuous Improvement: Actively seeks out and implements improvements in serialization and master data processes to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. This role is responsible for staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the company's systems and processes are up-to-date.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Works closely with market companies, partners, internal manufacturing sites, CMOs, and other external stakeholders to harmonize serialization and master data activities across the company. This includes supporting other processes impacted by serialization and master data requirements.


Required Education And Experience

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Knowledge of data governance models and the ability to manage big data from diverse sources, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI.
* Proven track record of working in a global, cross-functional environment.

Proficiency in tools like PowerBI or similar data analysis platforms is highly required. This knowledge is essential for efficiently navigating our digital environment, enhancing data-driven decision-making and optimizing processes.
* Project management: Advanced project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SAP R/3, serialization pharma systems (e.g., Tracelink), and GS-1 standards.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical quality assurance regulations (GxP, ICH, FDA, etc.) and a keen understanding of the impact of master data on various company processes.
