Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Luxury Multi-Brand Store

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our luxury Resortwear multi-brand store. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining the store premium standards of the brands and providing a personalized, luxurious shopping experience to our high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a part of the team Odeum.
* Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending products acting as personal stylist with a big knowledge of the Luxury fashion retail.
* Ability to deal with VIP clients, High-value clients, Premium clients & High-net-worth clients.
* Maintain strong product knowledge across fashion, design, and wellness items.
* Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is always beautifully presented.
* Handle POS transactions and assist with daily store operations.
* Manage stock, deliveries, and inventory.
* Collaborate with the team during events, pop-ups, and seasonal activations.
