* University degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
* +2y experience in software development project management with a focus on data management projects in cloud environments.
* Experience in managing cloud software projects using AGILE methodologies.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level) with professional experience in international environments.
* Corporate competencies such as responsibility, commitment, and rigor in performing functions.
* Organizational and disciplinary skills, especially while working remotely.
* Essential skills including the ability to learn, teamwork, task prioritization, analytical and methodical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
* Desired competencies such as involvement, initiative, and a high degree of autonomy.

* Governance: Lead the organization of various project governance ceremonies and gather contributions from different participants: Product Committees, Steering Committees, Rollout Committees, Gates, Digital Risks, etc., according to organizational rules.
* Project Management: Coordinate the synchronization of different project providers according to development and deployment objectives. Identify blockages among project members.
* Manage pool of contractors: Monitor the functional progress of the roadmap of various project contributors and their alignment with expected costs, identifying risks and blockages.
