A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our team and take the lead in driving quality control for both product and assembly processes at our Cabinets manufacturing plant. You'll coordinate quality engineering activities, guide inspection teams, and ensure every product meets Siemens Gamesa's high standards. Your day will be filled with opportunities to analyze results, tackle problems, and champion continuous improvement across internal teams, suppliers, and collaborators. By collaborating with diverse departments and handling documentation, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, innovative solutions that power the energy transition.
How You'll Make an Impact
* You coordinate quality engineering activities, including planning, process control, documentation, and supervising quality critical metrics.
* You manage and guide the inspection team, ensuring inspections, process standards, and corrective actions are completed effectively.
* You analyze and resolve non-conformities from both customers and internal processes, collaborating with responsible departments to implement solutions.
* You supervise repair activities, controlling actions, costs, and timelines to minimize impact on quality and productivity.
* You collaborate with Construction, Services, Corporate, and external project teams to support new product development, process improvements, and prototype validation.
What You Bring
* You have experience in quality control, process improvement, and managing inspection teams in a manufacturing environment.
* You are skilled in analyzing non-conformities, implementing corrective actions, and using quality management systems such as SAP, PLM, SharePoint, and Captor.
* You demonstrate strong communication skills for internal and external customer engagement.
* You are committed to continuous improvement, cost management, and compliance with HS&E standards.
* You have proficiency in English
