This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch of a new residence in the city, supporting students and their families from the very first contact and ensuring a best-in-class living experience.

Main responsibilities
* Organize viewings of the showroom and future residences, creating a welcoming and reassuring experience for both students and parents
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students and their families, listening actively to their needs and addressing concerns
* Represent the brand at housing fairs, university events, and student hotspots across Madrid
* Capture and manage student data, ensuring accurate reporting on leads, conversions, and occupancy
* Act as a brand ambassador, spreading awareness in the city and supporting marketing activities
* Coordinate the sales team
Core skills/experience
* At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (experience in student housing, hospitality, or luxury services is a plus)
* Confident, approachable, and empathetic communicator who can build credibility with both students and parents
* Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
* Knowledge of Madrid (universities, neighborhoods, and student hotspots) is essential
* Organized, proactive, and target-driven, with a hands-on approach
What's on offer
* Salary : 45K OTE
* Permanent contract
* Location: Madrid with one day of remote work per week
* Working hours: Monday–Friday (9h - 18h)
