Overview The Opportunity

We are looking for a

Business Development Director

to join our

AI Solutions

for

Supply Chain

business unit. In this role, you will drive the growth of a portfolio of innovative technologies designed to transform how global supply chains operate. You will focus on expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through solution-led engagements. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who understands both the business and technology sides of the supply chain industry and can translate innovation into tangible value for clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies for InnoChain solutions.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities within the Supply Chain domain.

Define, refine and present InnoChain’s value proposition to prospective clients, partners, and at industry events.

Identify and engage potential partners and other industry solutions providers to expand sales reach and client access.

Deliver against sales and revenue targets with measurable quarterly outcomes.

Work closely with delivery and marketing teams to ensure customer success and solution adoption.

Travel as needed to foster client relationships, attend strategic industry events, and advance business development objectives.

Provide accurate forecasts and regular sales performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in Supply Chain technology, SaaS, or related enterprise solutions.

Proven track record of selling complex technology solutions (AI, automation, IoT, SaaS solutions).

Experience building and managing long-term client relationships with senior decision-makers (VPs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of IT, Heads of Operations).

Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes (preferably WMS, TMS).

Established network within the Supply Chain, Logistics, e-Com or Retail sectors.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Nice to Have

Experience in companies providing supply chain optimization, logistics automation, or digital transformation solutions.

Background in scaling or launching new B2B solution offerings.

Technical aptitude or curiosity around AI, IoT, or automation technologies.
