At ASTEK Iberia, we are currently looking for a Veeva Vault Application Integrator to join a dynamic digital innovation team in the pharmaceutical sector.

You will join a team responsible for ensuring the performance, integration, and compliance of Veeva Vault applications supporting key business functions such as R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs.
Main responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders
* Manage incidents, service requests, and system evolutions
* Ensure system validation and compliance, especially during releases
* Maintain and enforce platform governance processes
* Perform data loading activities using Vault Loader / TMF Transfer
* Contribute to integration with enterprise systems (identity, data flows, etc.)
* Support ongoing build and deployment projects
Who are you?
* Proven experience with Veeva Vault applications
* Veeva Vault certification (mandatory)
* Experience working in regulated environments (pharma, life sciences, etc.)
* Strong understanding of IT security and architecture principles
* Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
* Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
Location
* Toulouse (France) or Remote from Spain.
