Change Management Senior Analyst
Assist the Change Lead and team in driving and implementing strategic change initiatives within Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The candidate will lead efforts to create clear, user-friendly guides, process flows, and procedure documents that help employees navigate new systems, processes, and workflows.
This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills, ensuring that all materials and communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with change management goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering training programs, managing engagement platforms, and maintaining knowledge resources.
The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, exceptional communication abilities, and the capability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences while fostering engagement and adoption.
