Part Time (50%)We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager – UK Market to build and develop Mas Maya’s social presence in the UK.The RoleAs the Social Media Assistent for the UK market, you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing Mas Maya’s UK-focused social media presence andgrowth. You will develop local influencer collaborations, drive UGC creation,identify opportunities for dedicated UK social channels, and build a strongcommunity around the brand.You will work closely with the Mas Maya team to ensure the UK audience receivesrelevant, localized, and engaging content that aligns with the global brandidentity.This is a part time – 50% – job.Influencer Collaborations & Networking- Source, approach, and manage collaborations with UK-based influencers, creators, stylists, and tastemakers- Build and maintain strong local relationships within the domains where Mas Maya is active- Coordinate gifting, partnerships, paid collaborations, and creator campaigns UGC & Content Creation- Ensure a continuous flow of high-quality UGC (User Generated Content)- Coordinate creators and customers to generate authentic content for social channels and paid ads- Brief creators and oversee deliverables to ensure brand consistency- Identify viral content opportunities and social trends relevant to the UK audience Social Media Strategy & Growth- Develop and execute the best-performing social media plan tailored to the local UK market- Identify growth opportunities across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms- Analyze UK consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity continiously- Recommend and potentially launch dedicated UK social media accounts for Mas Maya- Build monthly content and growth plans focused on brand awareness and engagement Community- Build and engage the UK community through comments, DMs, reposts, and interactions- Support collaborations that increase local visibility and brand credibility Reporting & Optimization- Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, influencer performance, and conversions- Provide monthly insights and recommendations- Continuously optimize local content strategy based on analytics and trendsAbout Mas MayaMas Maya brings several natural coating-products like a lime-based microcementcoating and a lime wash paint designed for interiors and exteriors, includingspaces in direct contact with water.
