We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead.The Technical Lead in Omega’s Marketing team is responsible for overseeing the technical progress of projects, advising technical roles throughout various stages, and ensuring the development team meets client and company expectations regarding quality and profitability. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Client Lead.Projects
Support commercial and functional teams on assigned accounts with technical expertise:
solution design, estimation, and assumptions.Assist the PM/DM in technical leadership, providing in-depth platform knowledge and identifying optimal solutions for project requirements.Identify and report risks related to technical management and project profitability.Ensure project scope, timeline, and cost adherence, alerting to potential deviations.Achieve technical objectives and ensure compliance with quality standards.Supervise effort estimates and support testing phases.Deliver comprehensive technical documentation.Provide effort estimations for marketing and martech projects.Collaborate on project demos and work with technology providers as needed.Team and Training
Provide thought leadership, training, and mentorship within Omega’s community of practice.Contribute to the development and training of the technical team to enhance their skills.Requirements include experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects, HTML and CSS development skills, Salesforce certifications (assets), high proficiency in English, and a permanent contract.
