CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist
This hybrid role combines hands-on expertise in Mautic with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination involving clients, internal developers, and the CEO. You will serve as both the technical marketing operator and the primary contact for delivering value through our managed deliverability and ESP offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Mautic stack – installations, upgrades, plugins, security.
* Use SSH to audit and optimize server cronjobs (segments, campaigns, webhooks, backups) in collaboration with DevOps.
* Handle message triggers and consumer workers.
* Query Amazon Athena (SQL) on engagement data to validate KPIs and generate insights.
* Monitor deliverability using tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, and MXToolBox, maintaining inbox placement rates.
Customer Success & Coordination
* Act as the primary success contact for assigned accounts, managing meetings, requirements, tickets, and SLAs.
* Coordinate hand-offs between the dev team, CEO, PM, and clients, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines.
* Present weekly performance reports on user activity, clicks, revenue, and experiments.
* Gather feedback for backlog and optimization.
* Co-manage JIRA boards with the CEO, prioritizing tasks for ROI.
* Run experiments like subject-line tests and segment roll-outs, measuring results.
* Identify and scope new customer opportunities fitting our email volume profile.
* Qualifications include 2–4 years in CRM / Marketing Automation, 1+ years as Mautic owner, proficiency in SQL (Amazon Athena), Linux CLI, and excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot are preferred.
* Bonus skills include experience with Optimove, Bird.com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.

Success Milestones (30 / 60 / 90 Days)
30 Days : Set up a new sending domain for an existing client, including DNS, warm-up, SES credentials, and documentation.
60 Days : Manage customer success for a client, demonstrating growth and resolving issues proactively.
90 Days : Autonomously handle multiple clients end-to-end with minimal intervention and identify new customer opportunities.
