Thanks to our growth, we are looking for a SENIOR REAL ESTATE AGENT to join the amazing Dils Lucas Fox team in BADALONA PORT. Dils is an international real estate group operating across Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and France, driving sector transformation through innovation and digitalisation. With more than 700 professionals and offices in Milan (headquarters), Amsterdam, Lisbon, Barcelona, Paris and several other European cities, the group supports corporates, investors and private clients across the Office, Retail, Logistics, Hospitality, Living and Residential sectors.

Responsibilities
* Perform in-depth knowledge of Badalona Port to source and list properties for sale in target areas.
* Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
* Keep the CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain personal database up to date and aligned with commercial activity.
Qualifications
* Strong previous experience in the real estate sector.
* In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes.
* Advanced Spanish and English language skills.
* Organized, a versatile person ready to work flexible hours and a hands‑on attitude.
