We are a dynamic hotel management company with more than 18 multi-brand properties across Spain and Italy (some of them in pipeline). Our portfolio includes a mix of properties utilizing RMS and traditional grid structures and we are looking for a person focus on technology, innovation and growth, combining them to optimize pricing strategies and support on build scalable reporting standards.
About the Role:
Develop and execute commercial strategies and revenue optimization initiatives, focusing on the Hilton brand and adapting approaches to the specificities of each destination: Madrid, Málaga, and Barcelona. Provide guidance and support to hotel teams with the goal of improving sales performance and implementing effective revenue management strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize the group's revenue by implementing the pricing strategy in each business unit.
- Demand forecasting: monitoring city events, new openings, and external macroeconomic factors.
- Daily sales and pickup monitoring by segment, with a monthly forecast.
- Optimize rates and room availability.
- Develop and implement strategies and various actions during low and high seasons, optimizing ADR/REVPAR or volume.
- Monitor competitor prices to increase revenue and KPIs. Monitor the competitive set's pricing strategy and benchmark.
- Boost direct business by ensuring that the rates displayed on the website and their conditions are always the best on the market.
- Control hotel distribution channels and monitor production. Visibility and positioning rankings. Online reputation monitoring. Tracking cancellation rates by channel.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to each hotel on the main KPIs.
- Analyze all information for decision-making and monitor results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, or Business Intelligence (BI).
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a revenue management department of a hotel or hotel chain.
- English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revenue Management tools: CoStar, Lighthouse, and other advanced analytic tools.
- Experience in analysis and actions across distribution channels.
- Knowledge of Hilton Revenue Management System tools – GRO / IDeaS.
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt strategies to different property types and systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
