Your future role

Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Contract Managers, Project Managers), supporting the business in all legal and contractual matters, and much more.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior legal support and expertise with regard to legal issues arising out of the business activity with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks.
- Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management, dispute settlement.
- Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents.
- Support the business in proactively managing and instructing litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters.
Qualifications
- Law degree.
- Master in business law is a plus.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm.
- Experience with public tenders.
- Knowledge of Portuguese laws and experience is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Native Spanish speaker.
