Legal Counsel – Madrid
We’re looking for a full‑time Legal Counsel to provide senior legal support and expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You will work closely with teams across the business (Contract Managers, Project Managers), supporting the business in all legal and contractual matters, and much more.
Responsibilities
* Provide senior legal support and expertise with regard to legal issues arising out of the business activity with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
* Prepare, review and negotiate contracts or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks.
* Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management and dispute settlement.
* Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents.
Qualifications
* Law degree.
* Master in business law is a plus.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm.
* Knowledge of Portuguese laws and experience is a plus.
* Excellent English language skills.
* Native Spanish speaker.
