**Your Role and Responsibilities**
General coordination of the requested work and definition of how the work will be carried out to meet the objectives set by the different stakeholders.
Planning and management of project resources/risks.
Daily informative and operational dialogue and escalation with those responsible for the different services involved. Validation and supervision of the technical teams involved during the development of the works.
Document management. Cost management.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Control and monitoring of suppliers for the provision of services.
Control the defined level of availability of the services provided, as well as ensure compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (ANS). Continuous improvement of services.
Implementation of actions to improve the efficiency and reduce the costs of IT Services Document management. Cost management.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Technical knowledge of front-end/middle-end/back-end infrastructure layers to assist teams with troubleshooting.
ITIL v4 best practices for businesses and individuals for business transformation and strategic IT.
PMP/Prince certification. Front-end (apache / nginx).
Middle-end (tomcat / weblogic / jboss). Middlware WSO2 / OIM. Backend (postgre / mysql / oracle 10g to 19c). Checkpoint / f5. Infrastructure (blade technology [HP, Fujitsu, Dell]) hyperconvergency (nutanix).
Vmware. Storage Dell-EMC / NetAPP. Backup (NetBackup).
